Company History
Prakash Mistry founded several other companies before joining the original Seabourne Group. The Seabourne Group was sold to Prakash Mistry and has developed the business to what it is today, Universal SCS.
Our greatest strength is our reputation as a “hands on solution service provider” built through experience over the past 20 years, together with the strength of building the right team to support the business and with full honesty and transparency in our service industry. We currently employ a full management team and can employ up to 200 production staff in peak times working under the permanent management team.

Brand New Clean Room
We have a brand new clean room on site, built in 2020. Our clean room offers a controlled environment allowing us to adopt the highest standard of food safety systems, within the cleanest area possible, when packing food items.
